Rasgullas are made from cottage cheese( chenna/ paneer) and sugar syrup.
Steps

Keep milk for boiling..as it start to boil..off the flame. Add vinegar.. little by little..milk will curdled.

Strain this prepared cottage cheese on thin cloth kept on big strainer. Pour 1 cup water to remove vinegar taste. Made bundle and hung for 1/2 hour.

To make sugar syrup.. In big pot add sugar and water.. keep this pot on medium flame let it come to boiling point.

In big plate/ thali... place hung cottage cheese and knead softly to smooth mixture for 10 mins.

Make small balls from prepared mixture..and drop them in hot sugar syrup.

Cover and cook for 15 mins on medium flame. Balls / rasgullas will be fluffy, double in size. Off the flame. Cool and refrigerate for 4-5 hours.
