In a pan add water and Gur (jaggery). Keep aside for 5 to 6 hours. After 6 hours strain this water.In a bowl add aata and jaggery water and Desi ghee, funnel seeds, make a hard dough. Keep aside for 1/2 hours.

Take Small portion of dough make a ball and Make a roti.

Cook on heat tawa both sides in simmer.

Meethi Roti is ready to serve.
