Ingredients

  • 3 cupsflour
  • 1 cupwarm milk
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 1/2 tspyeast
  • 6 tspsugar
  • 1egg

Steps

  1. 1

    Make a soft dough with all your ingredients

    Knead the dough for 10-15 mins and leave in a dish covered so as to double its size

  3. 3

    Roll out round till a certain thickness and cut out doughnuts with doughnut cutter.

    Fry on medium to high heat till golden brown
