Keep all ingredients ready. Heat the pan having sugar mixed with water, keep on stirring till sugar becomes syrupy brown.

Add milk stir well turn off heat. Grinde beetroot and little to paste and filter to get beetroot milk. Add beetroot milk to pan.

When it cools down to lukewarm level transe to container and add curd, allow the same to set for four hours.

When curd is set garnish with pumpkin seeds and enjoy - misti dahi -beetroot flavoured.
