Steps

In cooker add 1tsp ghee and add jeera and then fry onion cauliflower and tomato and carrot and green chilly

Then after frying add rice and water and add namak, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and garam masla

Take 1 whistle of cooker and close the gas

Rice is ready to serve by garnishing with coarinder leaves and curd

All the steps are to be followed on high flame
