Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 250 gmssweetcorns
  • 1 tbspbutter
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tsplemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the sweetcorn for 2-3 minutes in a pan with 1cup water. Add 1/2 salt and 1/4tsp sugar.Drain the water.

  2. 2

    Now add all rest ingredients in it. Mix well.Serve hot and enjoy.

    Please don't throw the boiled water of corns. You can drink it, it's like a soup.
