When you start feeling the winter bugs arriving...try this simple yet healthy and a gr8 way to take in fluids in colder days as we tend to forget our water...its a feel better soup inshaallah!#onerecipeonetree

Start your set up of ingreds and tools:

Preping the chicken;wash drain and marinate.you can cut some pieces smaller

You can remove skin and other parts(optional) if chicken has skin

Marinate chckn:(the spices used see pic)..dry cook briefly only to get marination in better (if needed esp if leaving skin on chicken)

Preping the veggies:peeling celery and carrots

Decoring seeds and other preps:here decore the tomatoes and peel potatoes.and slice in halves or quaters, if large pieces

Now add the water potatoes,celery onions,tomatoes and cook briefly to heat up then add chicken and carrots.and on low medium heat,cook all the ingredients until potatoes are soft and onions are cooked and chicken is cooked but not overcooked.check seasoning in between and add as required

The soup is ready.bismillah enjoy!you can hav with many breads types or with rice.you can enjoy achot soup bowl in a cold winter day.alhamdulillah.
