5-minute Ambrosia salad

I grew up eating this and it’s still a favorite. We don’t put coconut in ours but that’s the traditional way to eat it.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix yogurt and cool whip.
- 2
Fold in pineapple, cherry halves, and marshmallows
- 3
Last add in the mandarin oranges as they tend to break easier. Chill for an hour before serving. Holds up to 3 days in the fridge. I serve mine with a side of graham crackers.

Ambrosia Salad Ambrosia Salad
My sister and i make this sweet and luscious salad for parties and potlucks all the time. People always ask for it. We don't like the recipes that call for tangerines, it's just our preference, andpeople seem to like this one more. Weve made it for weddings, birthdays, work parties, etc. Always a hit, easy on the wallet, and makes plenty. Enjoy. Sabtsuki -

5-Minute Celery Salad 5-Minute Celery Salad
I always order the pickled celery as a side dish at an izakaya (Japanese gastro-pub) that I used to frequent 4 days a week for the cheap beer. It's not quite the same, but this one's tasty too, so I uploaded the recipe. If you want to serve it right away, add a little more salt than the amount listed. If you can wait, use the amount listed.Since celery takes longer to absorb seasoning compared to other vegetables like cucumber, use a little more than what seems necessary. This goes great with beer! For 2 servings. Recipe by Makitoin cookpad.japan -
Favorite Fruit Salad Favorite Fruit Salad
This is our favorite fruit salad. I make it every weekend and usually once during the week, (wife's request, who am I to argue)? Found part of this online, there are so many versions and ways to make fruit salad, but a key to this salad is the tartness of Granny Smith apples combined with the lemon yogurt. And any other fruits could still be added to your personal preference.packer1227
