Steps

Soak barley in 3 times water (at night or fr 5-6 hrs).

For cooking I took a pressure cooker
Added ghee 1 tbsp
Added whole zeera to it
Add chopped carrots and fry for some time. - 3
Now add peas and corn(frozen but washed with warm water)
Stir for 3-4 minutes.
Add salt and black pepper and stir. - 4
Add barley (strained) stir everything again
Added hot water 2.5 cups and close the lid of cooker. - 5
Keep on low flame for 15 minutes minimum.

Enjoy with curd with blk salt & bhuna zeera powder
