Slice onions, green chilli, curry leaves, coriander leaves, ginger

Take 2 glasses of poha

Add water in poha, soak it for 2 minutes. Remove poha from the water. Spread in on a plate.

Take a pan, pour oil, once the oil heats keep mustard and cumin seeds. Once it starts spluttering put peanuts once the peanuts becomes brown, put onion, curry leaves, green chilli, ginger. Once the onions become brown, add poha

Mix everything well and add coriander leaves. Add lemon juice and mix it well. This is optional.

Take it into a bowl bowl, garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
