Rice Kababs

In a mixing bowl grate boiled potatoes. Add cooked rice and mash thoroughly.

Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and lemon juice. Make a dough.

Divide the dough in 4 portions. Make balls of the dough. Flatten the balls in a shape of kabab
- 4
Heat oil in a kadahi and put kababs one by one and deep fry till golden brown colour.

Flip the side and fry from other side also.
- 6
Likewise deep fry all kababs and serve hot with sauce or chutney.
