In a kadai take oil. Add sliced onion and saute to 2 mins. Add all veggies and chopped tomato and saute on high flame for 5 mins. Add tomato ketchup, chilli sauce and schezwan sauce and add salt and let all veggies cook for 2 mins. Add cooked rice and mix everything well. Serve hot.

Note: Add less salt at as schezwan sauce also contains salt.
