Ingredients

  • 1 kgdesi ghee
  • 1 kgwheat flour
  • 250 gmalsi
  • 250 gmalmond crushed
  • 250 gmraisin
  • 250 gmdesicated coconut
  • 250 gmmagaj
  • 100 gmgond (edible gums) (grind it in mixer)
  • 750 gmtgaar or desi khaand
  • 250 gmkamar kuss (grind it in mixer)

Steps

  1. 1

    First dry roast alsi in the pan in a low medium flame for 10 minutes and grind it in the mixer grinder

  2. 2

    Take heavy bottom kadaayee put desi ghee in it when the ghee melt add wheat flour roast it in the low medium flame wheat flour should be well roasted it takes approx 40 to 45 minutes to roast

  3. 3

    Switch of the flame keep stirring add one by one all ingredient mix it very well

  4. 4

    Make the pinni when it slightly hot enjoy it in winter season
