Take heavy bottom kadaayee put desi ghee in it when the ghee melt add wheat flour roast it in the low medium flame wheat flour should be well roasted it takes approx 40 to 45 minutes to roast

Switch of the flame keep stirring add one by one all ingredient mix it very well

Make the pinni when it slightly hot enjoy it in winter season
