Steps

Wash poha under the water.
Then drain out all excess water and put it in a sieve.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add mustard seeds.
Let it sputter. - 2
Then add cumin seeds,green chilli,currry leaves.
Now add onion to it saute till it becomes golden brown.
Then add boiled potato and saute for a minute.
Now add turmeric to it.
Add poha to it. - 3
Add salt and lemon to it.
Mix it well and let it be cook on low flame for 5 to 7 minutes.
Take a plate put poha on it.
Garnish it with farsan coriander and pomegranate seeds.
Our indoori poha is ready.
