Ingredients

7 minutes
4 servings
  • 4potatoes boiled
  • 1 cupsabudana
  • 2green chillies
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tbspdhaniya leaves
  • 1 cupcurd for serving
  • 1 tbsppeanuts
  • 4 tbspoil for frying

Steps

7 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the sabudana very nicely. Soak for 6-8 hours in water.

  2. 2

    Grate the boiled potatoes and add to the bowl.
    Mix everything nicely, potatoes, green chillies, peanuts etc.

  3. 3

    Make small balls from the dough. Flatten them a little bit with little oil.

  4. 4

    Fry the cutlets in hot oil till golden brown from both the sides till lightly brown.

    Ready to serve hot yummilious 😋 cutlets and serve with dahi or curd.
