Wash the sabudana very nicely. Soak for 6-8 hours in water.

Grate the boiled potatoes and add to the bowl.
Mix everything nicely, potatoes, green chillies, peanuts etc. - 3
Make small balls from the dough. Flatten them a little bit with little oil.

Fry the cutlets in hot oil till golden brown from both the sides till lightly brown.

Ready to serve hot yummilious 😋 cutlets and serve with dahi or curd.
