Ingredients

15 minutes

  1. 1/4 cupCabbage (chopped)
  2. 1/4 cupcarrot (chopped)
  3. 1/4 cuponion (chopped)
  4. 1/4 cupbeans (chopped)
  5. 4 clovesGarlic chopped
  6. 2green chilli chopped
  7. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  8. as neededmaida
  9. as neededcornflour
  10. to tastesalt
  11. to tasteBlack pepper powder
  12. as neededwater to make dough
  13. as neededoil to fry
  14. For sauce
  15. 2 tspOil
  16. 2 tspOil
  17. 1 inchginger chopped
  18. 4dry red chilli
  19. 3green chilli slit
  20. 3 tbspgarlic chopped
  21. 1 tspkashmiri red chilli
  22. 2 tspcoriander chopped
  23. 1 tbsptomato ketchup
  24. 1 tspchilli sauce
  25. 1 tspsoya sauce
  26. 1/2 cupwater
  27. 1 tspcornstarch

Steps

    In a bowl add cabbage, carrot, onion, beans.

  2. 2

    Add salt, black pepper, Garlic, green chilli, ginger garlic paste, 3 tbsp maida, 6 tbsp cornflour, and make a dough add water as required.

  3. 3

    Take a dough, place it on plastic sheet cover it quickly and roll it with rolling pin.

  4. 4

    Cut it into square with knife (1.5" square)

  5. 5

    Heat oil fry squares on medium flame until light golden.

  6. 6

    Cut again in triangle shape,deep-fry again until deep golden brown in colour. Once golden keep them out in plate.

  7. 7

    For sauce heat oil in a pan add chopped ginger, whole red chilli, green chillies, chopped garlic cook for 2 minutes.

  8. 8

    Now add kashmiri red chilli, vinegar, coriander, tomato ketchup, red chilli sauce, water and cook for 1 minute.

  9. 9

    Add soya sauce,1/2 cup water, mix well, bring a boil.

  10. 10

    Take 1 tsp cornstarch and make a paste, stir continuously. Add this in pan, stir continuously and turn off the flame.

    Add veg 99 triangles, mix well.

  12. 12

    Serve hot, sprinkle coriander for garnishing
