In a bowl add in flour, yeast, powdered milk, salt and sugar and mix well

Add in milk a little at a time and start kneading to soft

Now add in the margarine and continue kneading to soft

Put a little oil in a bowl and put in your batter, cover and let it proof to double size

Once risen, punch to release trapped air and knead a little more
- 6
On a floured surface, roll your batter to square shape and roll it up
- 7
Put your rolled up batter in a greased bread pan, cover and let proof for the second time
- 8
Once proven, brush milk on it

Put it in your pre heated oven at 160deg and bake for 30 to 35min
- 10
Once done remove from oven and spread butter or margarine to the crust to make it softer and let your bread cool in the pan
- 11
Once cooled remove from pan and plate it, bread is now ready
