Rinse the soaked glutinous rice thoroughly

Steam the glutinous rice until half-cooked, about 10 minutes

Bring the coconut milk and salt to a boil, then turn off the heat

Add the glutinous rice to the coconut milk, stir until well mixed and absorbed

Steam again until fully cooked, about 20 minutes

Once cooked, let it cool slightly, then take a handful and shape it with a round cookie cutter into a flat circle. Repeat until all rice is used

Take one piece of lemper, place chicken floss on it, then cover with another piece of lemper and press gently to secure.
