Ingredients

  • 1cat fish
  • to tasteSeasonings
  • 1 pinchsalt
  • Round cut onions
  • 3tblspns of oil
  • Blended scotch bonnet,onions,ginger,pepper and garlic
  • 1tspn of lemon juice

Steps

  1. 1

    In a bowl cut ir fish and wash it thoroughly

  2. 2

    Add in the blended scotch bonnet,onions,pepper,ginger,garlic and mix

  3. 3

    Add in the oil, salt and seasonings and mix

  4. 4

    Cover the bowl with a cling film and allow it to marinate in fridge for 30 mins or more

  5. 5

    Pre heat oven and spread the fish on foil paper and place it on a baking tray and add in the round cutted onions

  6. 6

    Bake for 45min-1hr...enjoy
