Leftover Rice Fritters

Firstly mash or grind the cooked rice in a grinder, take off in a mixing bowl.

Add all ingredients one by one mentioned above and mix well till all the spices and ingredients combined well.

Take a portion of mixture in your hand and drop it in hot oil to fry.Stir occasionally and fry until golden and crispy.

Put them out on paper napkin to absorb excess oil.

Delicious, crunchy leftover rice fritters is ready, serve with green chutney or tomato sauce as per our preference.
