Navarra White Beans with Chorizo

This is a dish I’ve been making a lot lately since I started buying some canned pochas (white beans) that are all-natural, with no preservatives, and they’re absolutely delicious. In just 5 minutes, you have a hot meal. Each can is meant for one person, even though it says it serves two. So, if I’m making it for my husband and me, I use two cans.

Steps
- 1
Finely chop the garlic and sauté it in a little olive oil. Add the pieces of chorizo or Spanish-style sausage.
- 2
Pour in a splash of white wine and add a generous tablespoon of tomato and onion sofrito.
- 3
Sauté everything together. Add the pochas (white beans) with their liquid and the 1/2 cup of water. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
