Ingredients

1/2 cupata/wheat flour
1/2 cupbesan
1 tspred chilli powder
1/4 tspTurmeric powder
to tasteSalt
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tbspchopped onion
1 tbspchopped fresh coriander leaves

Steps

In a bowl mix everything adding water to slight flowing consistency

Heat a tawa grease oil pour the mix and spread evenly

Drizzle oil on sides and let it cook for 5 mins. Turn the side and roast again 5 mins

Serve with dahi, chutney, sauce as per like.
