Pav Bhaji

Enjoying this winter season with varities of healthy vegetables. For me pav bhaji is the most healthy food during winters. Loaded with lot of healthy green vegetables and butter.

I'd roasted the pav not with butter but applying some bhaji stock on both sides of the pav. This gives a masala flavour to the pav and a less use of butter.
GANESH Vegetable chopper makes it really easy for me to prepare pav bhaji. The chopping time is reduced half with this chopper.
Served with some salad, high rated onions😅, slice of lemon and green chillies.

Steps

Add all the veggies in a cooker and boil till 3-4 whistles goes off.

Add ingredients under section GRIND in a mixture grinder and grind it into a paste.

Add butter to a big pan, add chopped onion and roast till it turns golden brown.

Add the grinded paste to the pan and till it releases its oil.

Add all the masala’s- salt, red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala to the pan and mix.

Add the boiled vegetables to the pan and mix bhaji well.

If necessary mash the vegetables in bhaji with the a smasher.

Serve with roasted pav, onion, slice of lemon, green chillies and garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves.
