Green gram rice whole moong and garlic buttermilk

Method for moong rice
Wash and soak rice and moong for half hour then rinse and transfer to pressure cooker add 3 cups water
Heat clarified butter in pan add remaining ingredients and saute for 2 minutes. - 2
Transfer in pressure cooker cover lid and cook for 4 whistle.

Method for garlic buttermilk
Heat clarified butter saute garlic and mustard seeds for 1 minute temper to buttermilk. Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
