Ingredients

2-3 servings
  • 3 bowlleft over rice
  • 1 bowlfresh green peas
  • 1/4 bowlpeanuts
  • 1 tbspghee
  • 2slited green chillies
  • 10-12green curry leave
  • 1/2 tspgrated ginger
  • 1 tsprai (mustard seeds)
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 2 tspLemon juice
  • to tasteSalt

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep ready all ingredients. Put pan on gas stove add ghee when it hot add peanut and pinch of salt stir till peanut turns crunchy take out in bowl.

    In pan put green chillies, curry leaves, rainbow, and ginger saute for 1-2 min. Add raistir for 15sec. Now add peas. Stir and cover with lid.

    Stir time to time and check peas is done add salt stir for 1 more min add rice mix well cook for 2 min add Lemon juice mix well and add peanuts.

    Serve hot with tea or coffee.
