Ingredients

  • 1 cupmangodi (badiya)
  • 1/2 cupcoriander leaves fresh
  • 1green chilli chopped
  • 1 tablespoonred chilli powder
  • 1/2 tspcoriander powder
  • 1/4 tsphaldi / turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tspHing / asafoetida
  • 1/4 tsp jeera / cumin
  • leavesSome curry
  • 2 tspghee or oil
  • 4 cupWater

Steps

  1. 1

    First you crush the mangodi.. chopped coriander leaves and green chilli...

    In a pan put ghee and heat it then add jeera antaheen and green chilli and curry leaves and FRI for few seconds then add mangodi and all dry masala Fry for 1 minute then add hot water comes boil cook for 5 minutes then add coriander leaves... And cook for 1 minute and off the flame....

    Mangodi ki sabji is ready.....serve with bajre ki roti yaa chapati....
