Ingredients

  1. 2 litrefull cream milk
  2. 1 bowlMalai / fresh cream
  3. 1 teaspoondesiccated coconut
  4. as required chopped nuts
  5. 1/2 tspcardamom powder
  6. 1 bowlSugar

Cooking Instructions

    Boil the milk once it attains half the quantity add dry fruit sugar and cook well. Add desiccated coconut and cardamon powder.

    After it cools keep the mixture in deep fridge.

    Nex day churn kulfa in food processor again keep in freezer.

  4. 4

    Yummy and tasty kulfi is ready enjoy cool kulfi with family and friends
