Ingredients

1 litrewater
3China grass packet
2 glasspineapple 🍍 tang
2 glasscoconut 🥥 milk
1.5 cupsugar or according to taste
As required White Chocolate

Steps

Heat 1 litre of water with China grass & sugar, simmer for couple of minutes
Remove from stove

Add pineapple tang & coconut milk mix together

Transfer in mold/ short glasses
Rest in fridge for 3 hours

Demold it decorate with food colour

Melt white Chocolate with pinch of yellow food colour in double boiler or microwave

Spread on sheet or honey comb mold, freeze for couple of hours
7

Ready to serve
