Ingredients

  • 2 cupslapsi(wheat)
  • 1 cupurad dal
  • 1 cuprice
  • to tasteSalt
  • Oil for greasing

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash lapsi,rice urad dal seperately soak 3,4hours.

  2. 2

    Grind all soaked mix together cover ferment for 8,9hours or overnight.

  3. 3

    Add salt to the batter steam in idli moulds about 5to 12 min.

  4. 4

    Take out let them cool little and take out from idli moulds serve with chutney and sambar.
