Koki with tea

First of all take wheat flour in A deep bowl add salt, black pepper powder, oil and mix thoroughly. Then knead the dough with little little water as required. Apply little oil and keep it aside.

Now grind ginger and cardomom with A mortar for tea. Take A teapan add milk, tealeaves, sugar and keep it on low flame. Add the ginger cardomom after 1minute.

Now make medium size balls of the koki dough and roll A little thick rotis. Make criss cross on the rolled koki with the help of the blunt side of knife.. it should not be deep. as shown in the pic below

Now heat A flat pan and roast this koki on low to medium flame. Keep adding little ghee while raosting. Serve with hot ginger tea.
