Ingredients

  1. 1 cup finely chopped Cabbage
  2. 1/2 cup finely chopped carrot
  3. 1/2 cupfinely chopped spring onion
  4. 2Green chillies finely chopped
  5. 1 tsp grated ginger
  6. 2 tsp grated garlic
  7. 1 tspsoya sauce
  8. as per tasteSalt
  9. 1 tspcorn flour
  10. 1/2 cup wheat Bread crumbs
  11. For Gravy:-
  12. 1 tbsp oil
  13. 1 tbspSoya Sauce
  14. 1 tbsptomato sauce
  15. 1 tspred chilli sauce
  16. 1 tsp green Chilli Sauce
  17. 1 tspred garlic Sauce
  18. 1/4 tspchilli vinegar
  19. 1 tsp ginger grated
  20. 1 tsp garlic finely chopped
  21. 1green capsicum finely chopped
  22. 1onion finely chopped
  23. 1 tbsp finely chopped spring onion
  24. as per tasteSalt
  25. 2 tbspcorn flour slurry
  26. 1 tbspfinely chopped spring onion for garnishing

Cooking Instructions

    Mix chopped cabbage, carrot, spring onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, soya sauce, bread crumbs and salt in a bowl and make equal rounds. Heat an appam tava add oil and cook all the Manchurian balls till crisp and dark brown.

    Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic saute on high flame add onion, capsicum and spring onion and stir well now add all the sauce mix well and add cornflour slurry and little water if needed and stir continuously till starts bubbling, now add all Manchurian balls and stir gently cook till gravy coats all the balls. Sprinkle chopped spring onion.

    Serve hot, spicy tasty veg manchurian in a bowl and garnish with chopped spring onion.
