Mix chopped cabbage, carrot, spring onion, ginger, garlic, chilli, soya sauce, bread crumbs and salt in a bowl and make equal rounds. Heat an appam tava add oil and cook all the Manchurian balls till crisp and dark brown.

Heat oil in a pan add ginger, garlic saute on high flame add onion, capsicum and spring onion and stir well now add all the sauce mix well and add cornflour slurry and little water if needed and stir continuously till starts bubbling, now add all Manchurian balls and stir gently cook till gravy coats all the balls. Sprinkle chopped spring onion.

Serve hot, spicy tasty veg manchurian in a bowl and garnish with chopped spring onion.
