  • 1 kgmilk
  • 1 tspdesi ghee
  • 1 tspcardamom powder
  • To tastesugar

    Peel and grate the carrot.

  2. 2

    Heat the pan add grated carrots, ghee and stir continuously.

  3. 3

    Add milk and cook it. then add sugar and chopped nuts and cardamom powder and serve.
