In a large pot heat oil. Add onion and cook until soft. Add chicken and cook until no pink remains. Stir ginger garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add spices and cook until oil separates. Add tomatoes and broth and bring to simmer. Stir heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.

Simmer until chicken pieces are cooked through and tender, about 10 minutes.

Serve over rice or with Naan. Garnish with coriander leaves.
