In a mixing bowl add given dough ingredients mix it well and knead it make a smooth dough now keep it rest for 15 minutes.

Now heat the wok with 1tbsp cooking oil then add cumin, ginger, garlic stir it a few minutes on medium flame.

Now add peas and to taste salt stir and mix it properly now cover and cook until it becomes tendar on low flame.

Now add spring garlic, coriander leaves saute it 3 or 4 min now reduce the flame.

When let it cool down then transfer the jar and blend it now remove the bowl.

Now take a medium portion of dough make a ball shape then stuff peas mixture an close the lid now press and maka a flat shape then roll it make a chapati shape.

Now place on hot tawa cook and shallow fry it both side on medium flame.

Now it is ready for serving.
