Steps

Take a bowl put grated gobi,chopped onions,chopped green chillies,chopped coriander leaves,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,mango powder,fenugreek leaves,as needed salt... and give it a rough mix and set aside.

Now take another bowl. Put refined flour,whole wheat flour and one tablespoon oil and give it a good mix. Now put warm water little then mix,and again mix with adding more needed water and mix and make a soft dough and cover with the lid adding little oil and rest for ten minutes.

Now remove the lid and mix again the dough and make balls,put gobi mix into the middle of the ball and cover with all sides,and roll it like roti, Now put the ball to the heated pan put oil and ghee in all sides of the roll then shallow fry.

.Yummy tasty Gobi paratha is ready to serve. serve with tomato sauce or curd.
