Potatoes 4 medium
Oil for deepfry
1 cupCorn flour
Garlic 2 cloves minced
1 tspMix hurbs
1 tspRed chilli powder
1 tspOil
1 tspBlack pepper
1 tspChat masala
to tasteSalt

Peel wash and cut potatoes in fingers and soak them in cold water

Drain water and apply oil mix hurbs chillipowder and garlic coat in corn flour

Fry in hot oil until golden brown

Dish out and sprinkle salt and chat masala ready to eat enjoy it with sauce
