Prepare custard: Boil milk with, condensed milk and custard powder, stir it till it boils remove from flame add vanilla essence and cover it.

Mix all ingredients of donuts very well.

Then bind using warm water to soft dough.

Let it rise till it doubles, roll into 1/4"-1/2" roti and cut in donuts shapes or any shape you desire.

Keep on flour dusted paper on a thali or use greased trays.

Let it rise for half an hour then deep fry till browned up.

Let it cool down then fill with custard using piping bag and injector nozzle
