Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 2 tspoil
  3. Pinchsalt
  4. 1 cuppeanut roasted
  5. 2 tsp til roasted
  6. 5 tspghee
  7. 2cardamom or nutmeg powder
  8. 1 cupjaggery or gud

Steps

  1. 1

    Take wheat flour add oil salt and knead soft dough adding enough water.

    Grind peanuts, jaggery, cardamom, til,1sp ghee coarsely and make balls.

    Take portion of dough flatten it keep ball of peanut ball cover and roll. Roast on tava both sides applying oil. Serve with ghee.
