4large hard boiled eggs
2 tspmayonnaise
1/8black pepper
Chili powder (for garnishing)

Crack the egg and cut into halves scoop the yolk in a bowl add mayonnaise and black pepper then mix well

Add the yolk mixture in a piping bag and pipe back into the halves eggs

Sprinkle chili powder on top then garnish with persely and serve.
