In a large bowl put both the flours add salt and knead with lukewarm water into a smooth dough

Make small round balls of it. Take a parchment paper apply little ghee on it. Place the dough ball on the paper and press with your hand to make a round shape of the roti

Heat tawa, gently lift the parchment paper, flip it and remove the parchment paper and put it on the tawa cook it on one side,flip it apply ghee,then again flip it,apply ghee and cook it till light brown spots are seen
