Indo Chinese open paratha

First take oil in a pan. Combine ginger, chilli and garlic in a pan. Now put all the Vegetables in it. Saute for few minutes. Now add soy sauce, both chilli sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar. Saute for 5 minutes.

Now let this mixture cool down. Add the boiled smashed potatoes to it. Add flatten rice if needed. Add coriander. Mix well.

Now add the water and wheat flour in bowl and knead it. Make dough. Now on flatten make circle with rolling pen. Then add the ghee and rice flour to it. Now cut it vertically and roll it again. Now fry until it turns pink on the pan.

Now add the sauce to the paratha. Spread stuffing on it. Spread thin layered slurry of refined flour. Spread the sesame seeds all over on it. Now bake this sesame seeds side back. Indo Chinese Open Paratha is ready. Serve with tomato sauce.
