  • leg pieces 4
  • 1 tspgingergarlic paste
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1 tspginger powder
  • 4 tspcorn flour
  • 4 tspmaida
  • 1 tspbaking powder
  • 1 tsppepeika powder
  • 1 tspblack pepper
  • 1 tspwhite pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste for 2 hours

  2. 2

    Then steam chicken for 5 min

  3. 3

    Make a better with corn flour maida and all spices add chilled water for paste

  4. 4

    Cool hicken pieces

  5. 5

    Then roll chicken in a paste then coat in dry maida and fry it
