Ingredients

45 minutes
4 servings
  1. 500 gramsmakai flour
  2. 1 tbspchana dal
  3. 2Chopped green chilli
  4. 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  5. 1 tbspCoriander leaves
  6. 1 tspsalt
  7. 1 tspPapad khar or alkaline salt
  8. as required Warm Water to prepare dough
  9. as required For serving black urad dal and oil
  10. as required Coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

45 minutes
  1. 1

    In one bowl add makai flour,chana dal,coriander seeds,Coriander leaves,papad khar,Green chilli,Salt,mix it well,add water to make dough

    Make balls from the dough,press and make pit in the centre of the each ball

    Steam it in steamer for 45 minutes,served it in another plate, pour oil as needed and and served it with black urad dal
