Quick Paneer Tikka

Prepare the marinate for the tikka. In a bowl mix curd, red chilli powder, tandoori masala, salt, pepper, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, butter, chaat masala, food colour and salt. Add the paneer pieces. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutes.meanwhile slice the onion and capsicum and set aside.

Heat oil in a non stick pan and add the marinated paneer along with all the marinade. Cook on high flame. When the gravy seems to be almost drying up add the sliced onion and capsicum. Cook while stirring everything evenly.

When all the water dries up and the masala clings to the paneer it is ready to Enjoy! Serve as it is or in a chapati or as paneer kathi rolls. Enjoy!
