Take a pan add oil heat it then add fenugreek seeds with green chillies

Once it starts crackling add curry leaves and saute for a minute,prepare red chilli paste by adding bedgi Mirchi,cumin seeds and garlic

Now add red chilli paste into this

By adding turmeric,salt and ginger

Cook for a couple of minutes till oil separates then add tamarind pulp

Add fishes now

Cover fishes with the red masala and cook on sim till fishes get cooked

Spicy ambot tik is ready
