  • 2sticks butter
  • 5 cupspowder sugar
  • 2 Tbsp almond coconut milk
  • 2 1/4 tsp lemon extract

    A stand up mixer are hand mixer,cream butter,add coconut almond milk, lemon extract, with butter, mix a few seconds, adding powder sugar a cup at a time,till all mixed, then done Easy to make

    Use almond coconut milk gives a lovely taste to the butter n lemon extract, so try n stay with my ingredients
