  • 50 gramsMutter
  • 50 gramsCarrot
  • 50 gramsOnion
  • 50 gramsPotato
  • 10 gramsGreen chilly
  • Garam masala
  • leavesCoriander

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil the rice

  2. 2

    Cut paneer vegetables

  3. 3

    Fry paneer till it becomes golden brown

  4. 4

    Remove paneer fry vegetables

  5. 5

    Add salt, garam masala and nicely fry

  6. 6

    Add paneer after the vegetables are nicely fried

  7. 7

    Add rice and mix it properly
