Ingredients

1/2 cupPoppy seeds
2 cupsmilk
1-1.5sugar or as per taste
2 tsp ghee
as requiredChopped almonds, walnuts, kishmis

Steps

Heat a pan add ghee and roast poppy seeds until it becomes light brown.

Then add milk and boil.

Once milk started to boil add all ingredients and stir continuously until it becomes thick.

Now halwa is ready serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped almonds.
