Mix all the ingredients for fillings in a bowl
Crush kasoori methi with hands
You can dry roast them on a hot pan for extra flavor too. - 2
Now pinch the dough and roll a little
Apply ghee and place 2 tbsp fillings on that
Hold the edges and make a ball again. - 3
Now pat a little with hands making it flat.

Spread sesame seeds on the working platform and pat the stuffed dough ball on it so that sesame seeds can stick to it.

Now roll it big like parantha
Make pan or griddle hot and place the parantha on it.

Apply ghee and roast on both the sides

Enjoy it hot with butter or pickle
