First, take the large bowl and add besan and maida in it. Now and add all the dry ingredients in besan and maida, then add the finely chopped tomato, onion, capsicum, green chillies, coriander in it.

Now slowly add water to make running consistency batter. And this mixture for about 5-10 minutes. Now take a small amount of dough and make square paratha. Apply some oil on paratha and again fold it and make square.

Heat the pan on slow flame. After heating pan put one teaspoon of oil on pan. The gas should be on medium flame. At that time place square paratha on pan and heat for half a minute. Apply over besan and Maida better on top of paratha. Apply some oil or ghee on your paratha and let it fry. Crispy the side of paratha. You can search this paratha with tomato sauce, dahi or anything you want. This paratha is full of various flavours.
